What is Image Format Converter?

- Why is the converted JPEG bigger than the original PNG?
- JPEG can't represent the PNG's transparency — and for graphics with few colors, PNG's compression beats JPEG. WebP usually wins for both photos and graphics.
- Is my image data kept after conversion?
- No, conversion is done locally in your browser; no image data is stored or transmitted elsewhere.
- Can I convert to formats like GIF or TIFF?
- Currently, only PNG, JPEG, and WebP are supported for conversion between these formats.
