7 New Free Tools on 1Stop Tools This Week

This week we shipped seven new free tools across developer, design, and video categories. Every tool runs entirely in your browser — no logins, no uploads, no tracking. Here is what is new.

1. CSS Text Glitch Effect Generator

A pure-CSS cyberpunk glitch effect for headings. Stack three color channels, animate them with @keyframes, drop into any HTML page. No JavaScript required, and the generator respects prefers-reduced-motion automatically.

Perfect for hero headings on tech, gaming, or creative portfolios — and it ships with a built-in data-text attribute so the same CSS works on any heading without modification.

2. CSS Box Shadow Generator (Multi-Layer)

The new version supports stacking multiple shadow layers with independent controls. Mix a tight contact shadow with a soft ambient shadow to recreate the depth used in Material Design and Apple HIG.

Each layer has its own offset, blur, spread, color, opacity, and inset toggle. Drag to reorder. Copy the entire comma-separated box-shadow declaration when you are done.

3. Open Graph Meta Generator

Stop guessing which image dimensions LinkedIn will crop to. The Open Graph Meta Generator produces both Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags with a live preview card. The preview updates as you type, so you can see exactly where titles get truncated and where images get cropped.

The recommended 1200×630 image size is baked into the documentation and the preview.

4. SVG Stroke to Fill Converter

For designers who hand off SVG icons to developers. The converter expands stroked paths into filled shapes using the same algorithm Illustrator calls “Outline Stroke.” Useful for icons, laser-cut files, sticker exports, and anywhere you want pixel-perfect scaling that strokes cannot deliver.

All processing happens in your browser. The original SVG never leaves your device.

5. Aspect Ratio Calculator

Compute width, height, and ratios for any project. The calculator simplifies ratios to their smallest whole-number form (1920×1080 → 16:9), supports locking one dimension while adjusting the other, and includes presets for common social media sizes.

Useful for designers, video editors, and anyone wrangling responsive CSS layouts.

6. IBAN Validator

Validate International Bank Account Numbers using the official mod-97 checksum algorithm. Supports 80+ countries, normalizes spacing and case, and reports which country each IBAN belongs to based on its prefix.

Runs entirely in your browser, so bank account numbers never leave your device — a meaningful privacy win when handling vendor or client payment details.

7. YouTube Thumbnail Grabber

Pull the highest-resolution thumbnail for any YouTube video by URL or video ID. No YouTube API key, no third-party servers, no tracking. Direct fetches from i.ytimg.com only.

Useful for editorial research, content curation, design references, and OSINT work where the metadata trail matters.
