What is Eisenhower Matrix?

The Eisenhower Matrix (also called the Urgent-Important Matrix) is a productivity framework popularized by President Dwight D. Eisenhower and later by Stephen Covey. Tasks are categorized into four quadrants based on urgency and importance: Do First (urgent + important), Schedule (not urgent + important), Delegate (urgent + not important), and Eliminate (not urgent + not important).

This tool lets you add tasks as draggable cards, then drag them into the appropriate quadrant. Color coding makes priorities instantly visible. Export your matrix as text to share with your team.
