What is Decision Matrix?

A decision matrix (also called a Pugh matrix or weighted scoring model) helps you evaluate multiple options against weighted criteria. You define what matters most (criteria with weights), then rate each option against those criteria. The tool calculates a weighted score for each option, making the best choice clear and objective.
