What is PDF Merge?
Merging PDFs is one of the most common document tasks — combining a cover letter and résumé, stitching together a multi-source report, or consolidating receipts. This tool uses pdf-lib in your browser; your files never upload to a server.
FAQ
- How big can my PDFs be?
- Practical limit is browser memory — typically up to a few hundred MB total. Larger needs a dedicated desktop tool.
- Are encrypted PDFs supported?
- We open them in ignore-encryption mode for merging. Password-protected restrictive PDFs may fail or lose features.
