What is Audio Waveform Editor?
Audio Waveform Editor uses the Web Audio API to decode audio buffers and render amplitude visualizers. Adjust start/end trim handles to truncate unwanted sound, and configure fade duration curves to smooth out transitions.
Exporting uses OfflineAudioContext to perform audio transformations asynchronously, downloading a pristine PCM-encoded 16-bit WAV file.
FAQ
- What is the export file format?
- The exported audio file is a high-fidelity 16-bit WAV PCM file generated entirely client-side.
- Does it support long audio files?
- Yes, but longer files consume more browser memory since all decoding and rendering happens in RAM. Keep files under 100MB for optimal stability.
