What is Screenshot Annotator?

Whether you are documenting a bug, creating a tutorial, or reviewing a design mockup, the Screenshot Annotator lets you mark up images quickly. Choose from five annotation tools — arrow, rectangle, text, blur (pixelate), and freehand pen — each with adjustable color and stroke width. Everything runs entirely in your browser via the HTML5 Canvas API; your image never leaves your device.

Use the color picker to switch between preset colors (red, blue, green, black, white) or pick a custom shade. Adjust stroke width from 1px to 6px for fine or bold markings. Undo removes the last annotation, Clear All wipes everything, and Export PNG downloads the annotated screenshot at full resolution.
